I’ve often gravitated towards berry and peanut butter smoothie recipes with spinach, but when I started thinking about smoothies for kids as well as healthy and easy smoothie recipes, something light came to mind.  Green tea is one of my favorite ingredients because it just makes me feel good!

This peach green tea smoothie recipe is dairy-free.  I haven’t shared much about it, but I’ve recently (attempted) a dairy-free lifestyle, and I’m feeling so much better. By being dairy-free, I’ve reduced bloating and increased my energy.  Plus, I love that this recipe has fruit in it.  You can make a smoothie bowl by topping it with granola, sliced bananas, and blueberries if you like.

Peach Green Tea Smoothie Recipe

Peach Green Tea Smoothie

Light and tasty peach flavored green tea recipe with a boost of fiber
Servings 1


  • Blender


  • 1 cup Chilled green tea
  • 1 tbsp Torani Puremade Peach Syrup
  • 1/2 Banana
  • 1/2 cup Almond milk
  • 2 tbsp Honey
  • 1/2 tsp Vanilla extract (optional)
  • 1/2 cup Ice


  • Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend for :30-60 seconds.
