Trader Joe's Stir Fry Freezer Meal

This meal is so easy. All you need is Soyaki, Fresh Cut Veggies and Chicken Breast -- I like to get Trader Joe's Chicken Tenders. Also, a side of Trader Joe's Frozen Basmati Rice or Trader Joe's Fried rice is the perfect side dish.

Ingredients

  • 3 quart zie freezer bags
  • 1 pound of chicken
  • 1 container Trader Joe's Stir Fry veggies
  • 1 bottle of Soyaki

Instructions

  1. Prep freezer bags with 1/3 of the vegetables in each bag
  2. Add two pieces of chicken tenders or 1 chicken breast per bag
  3. Pour in 1/3 of the Soyaki. Push air out of the bag, close and shake the bag to get the marinade everywhere.
  4. Toss it in the freezer until you're ready to use it.
  5. When you're ready to use it, take it out the night before to easily defrost it.
  6. Cook over medium heat on the stovetop for 10 minutes or until cooked through. Serve with a side of rice.
